The 'customer' i.e. the individual, or organisation, who purchases or agrees to purchase the goods from the company.

2. Prices
The prices on our website are correct at the time of press, however prices and availability of goods can and will change without prior notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order might be different to that charged at the point of delivery. Every effort is made to ensure that this will not happen and we will endeavour to inform the customer if there is a change in the price. 5. Conformity of Goods
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. Slight variations may occur with text descriptions. Gifted shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from breach of duty in contract or any other way. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in appearance of products caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
