Why do we use PayPal?:
PayPal is the largest and most respected online payment processor on the Internet with well over 8 million users. Many people are hesitant to provide credit card information over the Internet. PayPal provides a secure server (SSL) so your transaction is safe, but moreover, when you make a purchase through a PayPal merchant, you have additional security because only PayPal, not the merchant, is provided with your credit card information. This helps to reduce the incidence of credit card fraud due to unscrupulous merchants.
When you proceed with making your online purchase, you will be transferred to the PayPal site where your transaction will be processed. You don't need a PayPal account to purchase, but it helps. If you do not have one, relax. It takes only a few seconds, it's free and best of all it's the safest and most secure service in the world.
So if you do not already have a PayPal account you will need to register - there is no cost to you. If you are already a PayPal member just enter your Email Address and Password. After you have registered once, you are able to make purchases from any PayPal merchant you may wish to do business with in the future. You do not need to register each time.
What type of credit or debit cards can I use with PayPal?
PayPal accepts the following cards:

- MasterCard / Eurocard
- PayPal Top Up Card
- Maestro
- Solo
- American Express
Debit cards (also known as bank cards) are accepted if they have a Visa or MasterCard logo.
You are welcome to pay for your order by credit or debit card.
Credit Card:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta and Solo. We can take payment for your order on the telephone or online.
The name 'Gifted' will appear on your bank statement.
Stock Availability
We try to ensure permanent stock availability but sometimes items sell faster than we predict. If something on your order is not in stock we will advise you as soon as possible and let you know when we expect to send it to you. You may either wait for the item (in most cases no longer than 1 week), or you may wish to be refunded.
Delivery
PLEASE NOTE: We are currently offering free delivery on all orders over £50.00 (to one address) for UK mainland*. All orders under £50.00 will incur a £5.00 charge.
*excluding the Highlands of Scotland, Northern, Southern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and the Scilly Isles. Please email or telephone 01937 541 600 for details of delivery charges.
Please note that delivery costs are based upon one UK delivery address. You may specify one delivery address per order. Orders received after 5pm will be processed the following day.
- Stock permitting, your order should arrive within five working days.
- We despatch parcels using FedEx courier services who deliver between the hours of 8am and 6pm. We will notify you by email when your order is despatched.
- In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives. We will only charge you for delivery once per order.
- We are sorry but we do not currently deliver overseas.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with any item please send it back to Gifted within 21 working days. On receipt we will refund in full (excluding postage). Earrings may not be returned unless faulty.
Please follow the steps below:
- Return the product(s) to us in perfect condition (unused and in their original packaging). Send your parcel to:

- Goods are returned at your own cost. The delivery charge for the original order is non-refundable.
If any items arrive damaged you must inform us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please contact us via email or telephone on 01937 541 600.
Then please return the damaged item to us within 14 days of receipt following the returns procedure above. Please also let us know whether you require an exchange or refund. Your returns costs and original postage costs will also be refunded.
We strongly recommend that you use recorded delivery or obtain a certificate of posting when you return any parcel. Certificates of posting are available free at the post office and will enable us to action your refund should your parcel be lost or delayed in the post. We will write to confirm when your return or exchange has been processed. Please allow up to 21 days.
Sale items
Please note, it is not possible to return an item bought in the sale.
Prices
All prices shown on this website are in GBP (pounds sterling) and are inclusive of VAT which is charged at the current UK rate of 15% (VAT registration no. 808 7123 31. You will receive a VAT receipt with your order.
Gift Wrapping
We will happily gift wrap your presents with a handwritten tag and message of your choice. This service is free of charge.
